01 Platform · Operating Score
How the business is doing, and what to do next.
One number on the front, the vitals behind it, and a single suggested move rather than a dashboard for you to interpret. The point is not the score. The point is the move.
02 The vitals
Two groups, and they are not the same.
Your outcomes
The ones that are the business rather than the software: whether work is being lost, whether the week has a rhythm to it, whether leads are arriving, whether the work being done is landing, whether customers stay, whether cash is healthy, whether the team is.
Your leverage
The ones that decide how much help you can get: how much context it holds, how much you have trusted it with, how good the agents' work is coming back, and how consistently the operating discipline is actually followed.
A dark meter is an honest meter
When a vital has no data connected behind it, it goes dark rather than showing a plausible figure. An amber meter you cannot trust is worse than an empty one, because you will make a decision on it.
Nothing here is inferred from nothing. If it does not know, it says it does not know.
03 The stage
A level you earn, not a plan you buy.
Alongside the score sits the stage the business has reached with the agents, and it moves because of what you have granted rather than because of what you have paid.
Setting up
Context is still being captured. Nothing is acting yet.
Advised
It tells you what it thinks. You do all of it.
Assisted
It drafts. You approve each item.
Supervised
It acts in lanes you granted. You review after.
Delegated
It runs a lane inside the windows and caps you set.
The single next best move.
It finds the vital that is slipping worst, works out what would move it, and queues that for your review like anything else. One move, not a list of twelve.
