ExecFlow

Executive expertise that executes.

Show us the loop that keeps slipping.

ExecFlow is in beta with a small group of early testers. We are not trying to fill a funnel with it. We are trying to find a handful of businesses where the operating loop genuinely breaks, and work out whether this fixes it.

If that is your business, write to us. Tell us what keeps falling through rather than which features you want, because the first of those is a conversation and the second is a brochure.

A person reads every one of these. It will not be a sequence.

What a useful first message says Four lines is plenty
  • What the business does, and roughly how many of you there are
  • The thing that keeps slipping, in your own words
  • What you run today that the work lives in
  • Whether you want to see it on your records or on a made up one

01 What happens next

Honestly, not much.

Being in beta means the answer to most process questions is that there is not one yet, which is worth saying plainly rather than dressing up as a programme.

We reply

A person, reading what you wrote, replying to the specific thing in it.

We look at it together

A call where you describe how the work actually moves through your business, and we say honestly whether the thing that is slipping is one this can catch.

You see it against something real

A demo tenant is a sales artefact. It is more useful to point this at the shape of your own records, even a small piece of them, and let you judge what it notices.

You try to break it

The most useful hour anyone has spent with this so far was spent trying to make it do something it should not. We would rather you did that with us than wondered about it.

02 Fair warnings

Things worth knowing before you write.

While it is in beta, pricing is a conversation with a person who has seen your business, because what the agents are worth to you depends entirely on what is currently slipping through. If you want a number before you talk to anyone, we do not have one to give you yet.

It is in beta with a small group of early testers, which is the honest description. The approval loop, the run trace and the record substrate are all real and running. Some of the on ramps around them are still work a person does by hand with you.

Spreadsheets come in and become live records, and your email sends from your own address. Beyond that, the honest answer today is that connecting a particular system is something we do with you rather than something you switch on yourself. That is a gap and we know it.

If nothing is slipping, this has nothing to catch. If you want a tool your team will configure, we are the wrong shape. And if what you actually want is fewer people, we are not that either, and the product will keep asking you to approve things in a way you will find irritating.

It is used to work out whether we can help you and nothing else. Nothing you describe ends up in a case study, on this site, or in anyone's marketing, and if we ever want to write about something you showed us we will ask you first.

Draft by machine. Approved by a human.

One message. Four lines is plenty.
