02 Provenance
A guess and a fact are not the same thing.
Most systems flatten those together the moment they store them, and then act on both with the same confidence. Here they stay apart, permanently and visibly.
Owner stated
You said it. It is treated as true and it is not second guessed.
Owner confirmed
It guessed and you agreed. Same standing as something you said, with the history of how it got there.
Agent inferred
It worked this out from what it saw and nobody has agreed yet. It is marked as a guess everywhere it is used, and the agents are expected to say so rather than lean on it.
Nothing an outside source wrote enters the profile on its own. Research comes back as suggestions you accept, edit or dismiss one at a time, and anything the research itself hedged arrives flagged as a guess to verify.
03 Three things you can do
Corrections stick.
Confirm
Agree with a guess and it stops being one. It carries your name from then on rather than its own.
Pin
Mark what matters most and it stays at the top, in front of the agents, before anything else.
Correct
Fix it in place. The old version is struck, the new one becomes something you stated, and that is what it uses from then on. You do not tell it twice.
